Once minimum order quantity is reached we place the factory order. If the deal does not hit MOQ your deposit is fully refunded within 48 hours.

Typical lead time is 8-14 weeks from order confirmation to Florida delivery. We provide milestone updates at order placement, production completion, vessel departure, and port clearance. We always build buffer into our stated timelines.

Yes. If you have a product you need regularly and cannot find a reliable supplier, contact us with the spec. We will find the factory, run the landed cost, and offer it as a deal if the margin works.

Deposits are collected via GES invoice through our Shopify checkout or direct bank transfer. Final balance is collected prior to delivery. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and major credit cards.
